AETech manages factory automation projects and electrical installations in factories. The company's employees need to use English in a range of complex situations. For example, some of the employees responsible for the development of proprietary automation software sometimes work in partnership with software developers in other countries. Sometimes, AETech is involved in projects involving multiple vendors from various countries, with the project communication conducted in English via videoconferencing.
